Please read the following application carefully.  You may accept these terms by filling out the application below, digitally signing and submitting it through the link at the bottom of this page.  As soon as your membership has been received and approved, you will receive an email verification and welcome notice from Planet Agenda.

            It is hereby acknowledged that I am applying to join Planet Agenda, a business organization dedicated to promoting a global shift to a responsible and sustainable planet environment.  This organization is dedicated to distribution of information regarding protecting and improving planet environments.

            It is hereby recognized that the information contained in Planet Agenda reports is published by, and is the property of, Planet Agenda , and that I am herein applying for license to further distribute said reports as a limited copyright publisher of Planet Agenda materials in accordance with the Planet Agenda Business Plan. 

  I understand the procedural format of the business plan, and hereby agree to publish the Planet Agenda reports as is, in their copyrighted, original form, according to the policy and procedure of same Planet Agenda business plan.  I further agree that I will not make additions to, nor take away from, any materials, in any form, nor will I allow any other materials to be included with Planet Agenda materials, except by expressed written permission from Planet Agenda.  Further, I agree to hold harmless Planet Agenda for any actions or inaction, and that in upholding standard good business practices and ethics, as a licensed business distributing Planet Agenda reports, I agree to conduct my business as a legal entity at all times. I accept and agree with the Planet Agenda website terms as shown and modified from time to time on the site. 

 Therefore, understanding the above, I hereby declare by my digital signature below, that I am applying for an annual license to publish Planet Agenda reports in my own publishing business. 

This license is to be renewed one (1) calendar year from this date.
